CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & No-Show Policy We kindly ask that all appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the scheduled services. Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will also be charged a 50% no-show fee based on the total cost of the scheduled services. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule and a cancelation fee will be charged.
